| Estonian abstract: | Leiutis käsitleb värvainevabade polühüdroksüalkanoaatide saamise meetodit, millised tekivad rakkudes varuainetena bakteriaalse biomassi kultiveerimise käigus. Kuivatatud bakteriaalset biomassi töödeldakse seejärel termiliselt 10 kuni 120 minuti vältel temperatuurivahemikus alates 80 °C kuni polühüdroksüalkanoaadi sulamispiirkonna alumise piirini ning ekstraheeritakse seejärel äädikhappega, millele on lisatud l kuni 10 mahuprotsenti alifaatset karboksüülhappederivaati. | |
| English abstract: | The invention relates to a method for obtaining colorant-free polyhydroxyalkanoates, which are formed in cells as storage products during the cultivation of bacterial biomass. Followingly the dried bacterial biomass is thermally treated from 10 to 120 minutes at a temperature between 80 ?C and the lower limit value of polyhydroxyalkanoate melting (fusion) range and is then extracted with acetic acid mixed with 1 to 10 volume percent of aliphatic carboxylic acid derivative. | |
