English abstract: |
Invention is related to field of controlling of power electronics and power semiconductor converters and covers a method of shoot-through generation for impedance, quasi-impedance and trans-impedance inverters. The modified sine wave inverter can be controlled either by pulse width modulation or phase shift modulation method. Three methods are provided for generation of shoot-through states: generation of shoot-through by overlapping active states, generation of shoot-through during freewheeling states and generation of shoot-through during the zero states. To equalize the load in the case of pulse width modulation a control method is used where control signals of top and bottom side transistors are periodically swapped.
